Billing

Billing shows the active plan, credit balance, available purchases, and subscription controls. Plan allowances and prices shown in the interface are the current source of truth.

Purchases and subscriptions

One-time purchases add credits according to the selected package. Subscriptions provide recurring benefits and are managed through the billing controls or payment portal.

Rewards

Rewards lists eligible referral, social, media, or community activities. Each program explains evidence and review requirements. Submitted rewards may remain pending until reviewed.

Billing support

For a payment or missing-credit issue, include the account email, approximate time, purchase type, and receipt or payment reference. Do not share full card details.
