Credit estimates

Generation dialogs show the expected credit change before submission. Cost depends on job kind, image quality, video settings, and specialized processing.

Iterate efficiently

Use low-quality image generation to test prompt direction, then standard or high quality for approved concepts. Fix the still image before spending credits on animation and sprite-sheet processing.

Insufficient credits

A job cannot start when the account balance is below its required cost. Open Billing to purchase credits or manage a recurring plan.

Failed jobs

Job status and error messages indicate whether the request can be revised or retried. Use feedback or support with the job identifier when a failure appears service-related.
